Already sighted at this year’s NAMM, IK Multimedia showed Ask Audio Mag the upcoming iRig PADS controller at Musikmesse in Frankfurt.
The iRig PADS can either connect to your iDevice (30-pin or Lightning) or Mac/PC with USB.
You can expect this to play well with IK Multimedia’s apps and other software. A nice touch is the pad colours changing depending on how hard you strike the pads.
From the video we also learn that this controller is still a few months away from release. Estimated release price will probably be between €99 and €120
